Memorials: John Moffitt

Former Pasco Invite volunteer (Head Shot Put & Discus) John Moffitt passed away May 7, 2019.  John was born in Lakeview, Oregon on December 10, 1933 to John D. and Bernice Moffitt.  John was a veteran of the U.S. Army as an 82nd and 101st Airborne paratrooper and an Army Reserves veteran retiring as a Lt. Colonel.  John served 23 years in the Army Reserves.  He was a longtime educator at Pasco High School teaching metal shop for 26 years and retired in 1989.  John was married to Donna Holloway and had 2 children, Rebecca and Jack.  He later married Shirley Moffitt.  He had 3 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
